Before any payment
Review the total fee, whether tax applies, what preparation and written work are included, and any additional costs. The morning and afternoon options have different lengths; the quote identifies the session you have chosen.
How the reservation deposit works
The $100 CAD deposit becomes non-refundable when the practice accepts the provisional hold, subject to applicable legal rights. It is refunded if the practice cannot accept the matter or reserve the date. Selecting or saving a date on this website does not charge a deposit.
Mediation proceeds only after conflict checks, separate suitability and safety screening, the written agreement and the applicable deposit. A payment alone does not establish suitability.
Cancellation, rescheduling and additional work
The written quote sets out notice requirements, cancellation and rescheduling terms, and any charges for work already completed. Read those terms before paying. Ask how a change to the date affects your deposit and balance.
Extra meetings, additional document review and work outside the agreed scope require agreement on the work and its cost. This page does not waive any refund or other right that applies by law.
