Using this website
The date-request planner runs in your browser. Selecting an email link opens your email application with a request for you to review and send. The website itself does not transmit the request. Entries remain in the current page’s memory until you refresh, leave, reset or download it. A downloaded summary and an email draft may remain on your device or with your email provider until you remove them.
What to include
Contact details in the planner are optional. You can save date preferences without adding your name, email address or phone number. Do not enter student, health, court or other sensitive case information. Consider who can access your screen and downloads, particularly on a shared device.
Hosting and external links
The website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting platform may process technical information such as network and browser details under its own policies. External websites have their own privacy practices.
Sharing information with the practice
When you email support@battickmediation.ca, the practice receives the information you choose to send and uses it to respond to your enquiry and discuss service suitability. Before sharing records, agree on the purpose, the intended recipients and a suitable communication channel. Only share information you are entitled to provide. The written engagement should identify handling, access, retention and confidentiality arrangements. This website notice describes the planner; it is not a substitute for service-specific arrangements.
